Alexa Lux is a queer animist musician, artist, and social entrepreneur descended from peoples of western European waters and gratefully rooted in the enchanting forests of Mt. Hood, Oregon. She tends to the generative intersections of music, community organization, and digital design in her own original music, in growing ventures Cascadia Folk Choir and Big Heart Gathering, and through her work with Our Living Design Studio. Guided by principles grounded in postactivism, systems thinking, and relational ecology, she engages a wide array of artistic skills and professional prowess in service of creative initiatives that cultivate resilient communities and tend to the cracks of our times.
